Migraine hat

I know I've been absent for awhile. I've been having a lot of problems with headaches. They seem to get worse every couple of days. I have a headache almost all of the time. Thankfully, I rarely have migraines, just headaches. I did have a migraine the other day and DH helped me to make a "migraine hat" of ice packs.
